The white Bengal tiger (Panthera tigris tingris) who was born last month at Bali Zoo is healthy and well according to Bali Zoo staff.
The baby tiger named O’ne has now reached 2.9 kilograms and 60 centimeters long.
The pub and its mother have been placed in a controlled enclosure in order to be closely monitored and receive veternary attention should it be necessary.
Once O’ne is two months, the cub will be ready to be shown to Bali Zoo visitors, with a team of vets on hand to continue to monitor any developments. The new arrival is the eighth generation of white tigers born at Bali zoo, the last one was O’ne’s father Tank, who was born in 2008.
